[A few doujins of a loose series. It starts out with Susanoo as a mafia doctor helping a Rye who came to his defense when rival gang goons harassed him, and Rye makes a habit to check on him for other harassers, until eventually he figures out Susanoo is in the mafia and gets an offer to join the mafia though how much is an 'offer' as a way to 'watch him' is up in the air.]

[The spiritual successor has their roles swapped. Susanoo is a doctor of a small clinic when Rye ends up appearing after closing, bleeding from a serious injury. Susanoo helps, of course, without payment and draws Rye's own interest. He ends up visiting a few times, bringing gifts since Susanoo won't take money, until one day when he's trying to leave the clinic, he gets targeted by rivals to his own gang. There is a daring escape where Rye reveals his career in the mafia to Susanoo's shock.]
