Unfortunately, metal is gonna beat flesh every time, and even when its claws do manage to connect, they just sort of glance off the slick chassis. It does have one weapon left to its avail, though, and the red dragon's mouth snaps closed around Blue Eyes's neck, attempting to sever it.

All of this commotion provides Hak with an excellent opportunity to dart in and attempt to cut at the red dragon's underbelly with his spear. So long as he can manage to stay out of the two behemoths' way, he might actually stand a chance at being a help to taking it down. Still, though, he's shouting back, ]
