A doujin of King killing Man Eater repeatedly in increasingly gruesome and increasingly sexual ways, escalating far beyond what actually happened in the hotel. Ultimately, King manages to create an elaborate device in the wedding chapel to catch him in a respawn loop, chains catching him when he appears and spikes immediately driving down to pierce his heart. It takes quite a few iterations of this before Man Eater finally gives up fighting and King fucks him in a deep pool of his own blood.
