Rehavilitiation means that when people are in trouble, you don't just punish them, but you actually try to help them. Some people commit crimes because they're desperate. If someone's whole family is starving, they might steal food to help feed them, people have all kinds of reasons why they might resort to crime.

To rehabilitate them means learning why they're doing what they're doing, and offering them help so they don't have to do it again. It's helping them gain new skills so they can find a better job and earn money for themselves and their family, it's helping people who are in pain or going through a really tough time and giving them a chance.

The point of punishing people shouldn't be to just get rid of them, Venus. If you care about justice, then you have to learn that the world isn't all black and white. Nothing is as easy as 'good' and 'bad', some bad people just need someone to offer a hand out to them. If you want to be princess, that hand needs to be yours. Do you understand?
