It's just nice to know someone is going to accept every part of him. Vergil likes being a demon, so he doesn't have a problem with Urizen. Even if he doesn't need all the things that side represents so much anymore. He knows it's a problem for his family and the things he did are objectively bad. But he doesn't feel guilty? Obviously not something he can normally say though.
