A doujin about Caeli, a mermaidman, who saves DragonLi, because he can't swim and just sinks like a literal boulder. He spends all his money trying to track the merman down, while everybody around him tells him he's crazy for thinking they even exist. They eventually cross paths again, Caeli having gotten caught up in a fisherman's net, ready to be gored, but DragonLi swoops in to save him.
DragonLi asks where Caeli has been all this time and Caeli answers by giving him a big beautiful pearl, saying he had to find the perfect gemstone to ask DragonLi to marry him with. It's all very corny, but the art is really pretty, and there's a full color piece at the end of their wedding.
