POISON: AlcheME!

[ The room is plain, white walls and white ceiling, except for the steel-panel flooring. There are three metal stands rising out of openings in the floor, each of which carries a glass vial on top. One of them just holds water. Of the remaining two, one contains a dark red, opaque liquid with a creamy consistency; the next is a relaxing blue, with small brightly glittering star-like orbs drifting through it.

Both have fancy but identical cast iron stoppers moulded in the shape of a shark plugging them shut. The only difference is that the red vial's shark is painted white, and the blue vial's shark is painted black. ]

If people knew it was just two of us....we would likely be hit under the excuse of "wanting to minimize damage".

That said, they don't know who is playing or how many. So we have to ask ourselves if the other teams are the sort to trust or play defensively. If we go too hard, we will surely look bad and garner ill will.

Unfortunately, I haven't been very sociable myself, so I couldn't speak to the tendencies of any other unit.

I can't say I particularly care about winning myself... and this sort of mental puzzle isn't one I enjoy very much. So if we wished to remain the most neutral, it would be to drink water ourselves and send an antidote out, I believe?

How do you regard the game?

That would be the most neutral way to play. And this game is terribly dull, isn't it?

I'm not particularly interested in either of us dying, but if we play too hard here, we may wind up receiving harsher backlash in a worse game.

Agreed.

We could use this game as a basis to determine if there are any units that hold ill will or a complete disregard towards us.

Well, at least something of value would be learned. And it would mean they made the first strike, not us.

Poison does sound terrible. We could play hard, if you wish. I'm not worried about ill will.

That said...We could flip a coin? For who to send the antidote.

I'd rather prepare for the future in this case... I can pre-program my siblings to tend to us should we become incapacitated.

That does seem to be a good way to do it. I don't have any units I believe will need the antidote specifically.

... Not knowing what sort of poison could be delivered to us is troublesome. If I at least knew the effects, I could prepare myself for them.

It might be best to prepare for the worst case scenario and assume it will be painful.
