When the game starts, you find something grabbing onto your ankle and dragging you under the ballpit until you find yourself sitting on a disco floor platform with your team. It is only being held up by eleven balloons.

You make decisions on a cool arcade machine where you can SELECT A TEAM'S BALLOON. If a character is blind or has no hands or smth, you can assume things can be read to you and you can automatically pick through your speech. Thanks, Alexa.

If you look over the platform, you can see a lot of sparkling rainbow spikes below.

There are eleven units, and of that, we have five units we can possibly choose from. In order to protect ourselves most efficiently, three balloons is best. If we want to resign ourselves to death, one balloon.

If we want to struggle with every round, two balloons. However, it's possible that this won't be enough to protect us, and we might have increased the damage unnecessarily.

As you all know, I would pick three units every round. However, first and foremost, I am at this unit's service. Therefore, I ask of you what you desire our course of action to be. Will we resign ourselves, or will we struggle?

Two for avante, one for Taisho. That is... what I recommend. We don't need to play too definsively, but having some protection seems advisable.

...I would prefer to minimize the damage we deal. But we should protect ourselves, even if only a little... I will defer to everyone else, but I would prefer two balloons, as a compromise.

There isn't a middle road that we can take, here. There isn't anything like partial success or partial failure; if we aren't on the higher end of the 50%, we will die.

That really depends.

Strictly speaking, three balloons will get us fourteen of our own balloons by the end. Then, even if seven units target us, we'll still have seven balloons - by that point, it's strongly possible that there will be other units that have already lost before us. We'll need to reach five balloons to get to the point of dying.

Still, we have no idea how we'll be targeted either.
