Housing for sure... we can skimp on food if we eat the rats, some money for medicine, pay taxes so we don't stick out too much... clothes...

Housing first. Living in the gutter's not gonna help us any. So that's where the 1000 should go.

Medicine can be paid with whatever we steal and maybe some extra from our budget--200, just in case? Then 300 for basic clothes...

So that leaves us with 300 to spend on nicer clothes.
