I can't recall, myself, but I'd hope so, too. There's so many cruel people in the world.

Maybe it's just what I've been exposed to, but I feel like all the petty fiefdoms and border squabbles in the Hundred Kingdoms bring out the worst in people. So many small-time tyrants.
