The box also promises REAL GRAPPLING ACTION, and a series of crude drawings reveal that a plastic hook on a length of string can be fired from his extended arm. Will the 'not recommended for children under 3 years' sticker prevent someone maiming themselves with this thing?? Only the product recall knows for sure.
