After all, the rules displaying on your phone has just informed you that it's up to you to figure out what happened to them, and their fate hangs in the balance of just how well you can figure it out in time.

A little hourglass in the center of the table informs you of each ten minutes that passes. It sits next to a "menu"-- a list of 36 possible terrible things, three of which are happening to your unitmate, right now. ]

A typewriter that could relate to the "heavy book to the head" threat, "too much caffeine" if that man is awake past a reasonable sleeping hour, a glass and decanter of alcohol that could pertain to both alcohol related threats...
