CAPTIVE GAME: Heart Soldier Senshi & Challah
[ You're in a room with no doors or windows, about the size of a living room. Depending on how many of you are around, it might feel a little cramped. The walls and ceiling are draped with fabrics, the floor covered in colorful rugs and piles of sitting cushions, but you can see the dirt ground and untreated wood walls peeking through in places. There are three or so oil lamps to light the space, each placed on a stump-like round little table that isn't big enough to hold much else. It's kind of cozy, but...
Most of the cushions are embroidered with an array of colors, but there's one pillow in particular, set aside from the rest, that's solid black – King's position color. ]

Re: DISCUSSION
That jerk's your old boyfriend, right? Can't you say something?
Re: DISCUSSION
Yes, but--he didn't... that wasn't like him. You heard how he was referring to himself, didn't you? "Layli?" That's... not any name he's ever called himself by. And--that's not how he smiles, either. Something's very wrong.

Can't get any worse.

raises her chin and shouts, ]
Layli! Or--whatever name you call yourself by these days--I--demand an audience with you! As both the Princess of my Kingdom and as Yasuragi's lover, I deserve to have a word with you, if nothing else!

Re: DISCUSSION
There, there, precious, what's wrong?
Re: DISCUSSION
Re: DISCUSSION
After all this time, have you lost your faith in others? I'm so sorry, dear.
Re: DISCUSSION
What--I've lost my faith? But you--you put us here!
[ she feels like she's going crazy ]
I just want to know why. You said--that you--he--had been mistreated. Who... is it that feels that way? Where is Yasuragi?
Re: DISCUSSION
[ pats her cheek ]
But that's only because he's always been mistreated.
He's resting, at the moment.
Re: DISCUSSION
haaalfway reassuring? but it raises a LOT more questions. ]
You said your name is--Leyli?
[ is she pronouncing that right, she's not sure. ]
You're here because--somewhere, deep down--he knows he's been mistreated? Or--where is it exactly that you've come from? What are you trying to accomplish here?

[ Both what happened--and what lead up to it. They're a part of her deepest shame. ]
