[There are buildings that are definitely F Tokyo moving into buildings that aren't, and all the streets are abandoned or just straight up void.]

Probably. I have some inconsistencies, but I only know so much of Scythe's personality to guess the break point.
You're protective, that's easy to use.
But we're protecting Scythe, so that's harder.
