Hiryuu Ideal World {Session 2}
Your character's primary goal will be to convince Hiryuu to leave her ideal world. This is ICly known.
For the bulk of your character's journey (perhaps, even, the entire journey, depending on what they do along the way) your character will not have access to their unit's powerset. Please see the START for more IC information. Depending on how you go about your quest you may or may not encounter dangers or traumas.
Any items that your character had on their person before entering the game will remain with them for the duration of the game! However, all technological items will cease functioning before they leave the start area. Please see the START for more IC information.
In order to provide some guidance, key components / places are bolded, but just because something isn't in bold doesn't mean you can't interact with it. Go wild!
Your channel and ping for the duration of this game are both #/@dragonworld; please join your runner in the chan by typing .iam dragonworld in the roles-assignment channel. If you have any questions, or whenever your character is making an action/moving or otherwise needs gamerunner attention, you can ping me there.

START
Notably, you will find that you, yourself, are wearing some very different clothes—albeit in your unit/personal colors. You’ll find all of your technological gizmos and gadgets are, strangely, useless here: although your phone very briefly displays the game's rules (which simply instruct you that you must get Hiryuu, the occupant of this space, to agree to leave before time runs out) it will quickly power down and will not restart again...
Re: START
. . . And it looks like his phone has just powered off. That figures though. Nothing like this exists back home. Even if this world is just make-believe, it's still modeled after the home they know and love.
Looking North.]
. . . That must be the capital.
Re: START
[Wednesday isn't looking at the scenery too hard. She's too busy trying to get her phone to turn back on.
[God her phone isn't working this is a disaster--]
What am I wearing?
Re: START
[ Crossing the distance over to her! ]
We... [ Nng ] It looks like... we are in an idealized world of the princess's creating. All of this must be how she remembers our homeworld to be.
[ Reaching out to gently tug one of her sleeves. ]
And what you are wearing is the sort of clothing you might find people wearing back home. Depending on what tribe and village. It can vary.
[ His own is different from most back home he thinks. ]
Re: START
[She looks up, frowning.
[It shouldn't even be a consideration at this point, but she really wishes she could wear something a little cuter. Really, people wore these? All the time?]
So, she's trapped here?
Do you remember it being like this, too?
Re: START
[ He looks around the area. ]
I... can only imagine that the castle in the distance must be the capital in which the princess was born. I have no memories of being there myself however, so I cannot say how accurate it is.
The princess found me only after she was chased out of the castle, and I had been raised in my village my whole life. So the memories I have with her have been with us upon the road and traveling from one village and town to the next.
Re: START
Maybe she likes travelling with you better.
Re: START
[ And where he's conflicted. ]
If this is supposed to be her ideal world, perhaps she... was never chased from the palace, to begin with? If that is the case, then it feels as though the palace would be where we would find her.
But I truly feel that our companionship and the company my group and I keep with her are truly a place of warmth. And she's done great good away from the throne. I don't know that she has ever truly desired to try and wrest power back.
. . . I think wherever her loved ones are most likely to be found, that is where she would choose to be, whether it be on the throne or elsewhere.
[ . . . ]
Perhaps we can explore around first, and if no clues lead us to her at any point, we can circle back arond to the palace?
Re: START
I mean... if she was chased from there... and if she's happier with you, and she maybe doesn't want to go back... then maybe she'd have been happier if she hadn't been a princess? So there'd be no reason she couldn't just stay with you all always? Maybe that's her ideal.
... anyway I think you're right. We should explore.
Re: START
[ He points in the direction of the forest. ]
We are always travelling and camping. It is not particularly easy at times, but because we are all together it's quite enjoyable too.
[ He grabs her hand. ]
Let us explore the forest and road a little.

Re: START
EAST // The Forest
There are two tents set up here, as well as a crackling fire over which a bubbling vat of soup is cooking, the smell of which is herby, meaty and mouthwatering. On logs around the campsite there are seven people sitting on logs drinking from a shared bottle of sake. Although there isn’t any such building, something about this place feels like home to you.
Re: EAST // The Forest
. . . This feels quite nostalgic.
[ The seven people at the campsite draw his attention as he leads her forward. ]
Re: EAST // The Forest
[City girl that she is, Wednesday isn't used to living beneath such a big, clear sky. Have there always been so many stars? She's probably lagging a little, dragging back on his hand; she keeps stopping to look up, and to listen. She's never known a night so beautiful, so still.
[The campfire is - almost - an intrusion.]
Re: EAST // The Forest
As for the campsite and its occupants--intrusion though they might be, for Levi... they should be more than a little nostalgic.
One of the men has long green hair and violet eyes. Another is wearing a mask and has what you could only describe as a furry white mane. A third man has white hair that tapers to a long point in the back. And the man next to him has dark hair and blue eyes and a smile that is definitely more like a smirk when it comes out.
Next to him is a girl that—looks like Hiryuu? But different. Compared to how she looks lately, she could be mistaken for someone else at first. Her horns, tail, and scales are also mysteriously missing, and even her telltale red hair is changed—to a dark, deep brown, almost black. She’s wearing asimple dress, something fit for a commoner of this world. Around her neck she seems to be wearing some piece of jewelry--that's new.
Finally, there are two youngish looking boys—one with short, sandy brown hair with a feather dangling from it, wearing an apron; the second is a cheerful, ever smiling young man with a mane of bright, golden hair juggling sacks.
Re: EAST // The Forest
Except for this one doesn't have all the corruption that he has...acquired over time. Nnggg. ]
. . . The princess isn't right, here.
[ But seeing the faces of all these other people puts an ache in his heart. He misses them. Truly.
His hand tightens on Wednesdays, before he finally approaches. ]
Excuse us...

[
could this be the answer to all their problems????]Re: EAST // The Forest
[She's curious, though! Her gaze flits from face to face, drinking in details. These people matter.
[She wants to know everything.]
Re: EAST // The Forest
Wedneday! I'm so glad you came to join us. We're about to have dinner, will you come join us?
[ She doesn't appear to have heard her question to Kija about her hair. ]
Re: EAST // The Forest
[She hugs her back.
[Tries to ignore the niggling this-is-definitely-slightly-weird feeling this is giving her. There's nothing wrong except Hiryuu's hair color is funny, but...]
Re: EAST // The Forest
Re: EAST // The Forest
[Yes, bear stew sounds weird but listen
[LISTEN
[sometimes you get a chance to EAT THE BEAR BACK and you know what
[she's gonna take it.]
Well, I'd be happy to try some.

Kija!
[ She gives him a big hug. ]
Here you two are. We were just about to start having dinner. Come sit with us!
[ .... Notably, Kija's double is still sitting on the log.... ]

[ She's warm as she wraps her arms around him and he bends down to wrap his own arms around her in a hug. They found her. He's so glad that they thought right, and looked to the forest.
Their time traveling together is truly special. But this situation isn't right. His eyes linger on his double over her shoulder, before his eyes dip down to her, claw lifting to thread into some of her hair. ]
Your hair, master...

But you are missing the bright red hue, as brilliant as the dawn itself, that I have come to see upon your person so often.
Did you dye it?
