Hiryuu Ideal World {Session 3}

WELCOME TO IDEAL WORLDS: ANCIENT PSEUDO-KOREAN DRAGON GODS EDITION.

Your character's primary goal will be to convince Hiryuu to leave her ideal world. This is ICly known.

For the bulk of your character's journey (perhaps, even, the entire journey, depending on what they do along the way) your character will not have access to their unit's powerset. Please see the START for more IC information. Depending on how you go about your quest you may or may not encounter dangers or traumas.

Any items that your character had on their person before entering the game will remain with them for the duration of the game! However, all technological items will cease functioning before they leave the start area. Please see the START for more IC information.

In order to provide some guidance, key components / places are bolded, but just because something isn't in bold doesn't mean you can't interact with it. Go wild!

[ wire seems confused but.

He points toward a group of dancers gathered at a tent. ]

She should be over there.

Thanks, dude.

[He hesitates - hesitates longer. Then, quiet:]

...it's good seeing you again. Spidey, too.

[ Wire's cheeks pinken and he laughs, although he still seems a bit befuddled. ]

We've all lived here together for a year now, but.... you know I'm always real happy to see you kids every day.

[Swallows, hard, and ducks his head. He reaches out to catch Wire's hand and give it a squeeze]

I'll catch you later, dude. Kay?

[And then, with not an insignificant amount of effort, he turns to go find Hiryuu]

[ It honestly takes you some time to find her, but Hiryuu can be found among the dancers, wearing a somewhat elaborate costume. She has a set of fans with her. Her hair is no longer the telltale red you’ve always known, but a dark black, and all of her corruptions appear to be mysteriously missing. The bronze heart shaped locket around her neck looks somehow at odds with the traditional dress she’s wearing. ]

[ She leaves the gaggle of dancers to come over and give him a hug. ]

Can you believe it? It's already been a year!

[Gives her a hug back]

I was there this morning. This is like... some kinda game, I think. There was this room, and you were sleeping on this couch thing, and then they gassed us, and when we woke up here our phones said we had to get you out.

Hurricane, that's impossible.

[ gently, and with concern ]

We destroyed that place and escaped. You live here, with me and King, up in the palace. Are you... maybe feeling a little sick? Perhaps you had a nightmare...

I didn't have a nightmare. I mean, not about that.

This is some kinda dream or something. It's pretty, but it ain't - it ain't real. Wire and Spidey and D, they never came back.
