COURTYARD

The first thing you’ll notice when you step outdoors is that it’s snowing outside! Despite this, it’s extremely crowded out there. There are a lot of people mulling about in fancy clothing and you might actually recognize all of them! After all, they contain most everyone in Imeeji, past and present! You’ll also find some people you might not recognize (some of them are really strange characters that look like mushroom gijinka), but they’re all getting along. They’re laughing and mingling together, entertaining themselves as if they’re waiting for the main attraction to start.

The main attraction, by the way, seems to be a party. There are balloons hanging up everywhere, and sparkly banners strewn about which really matches with the white snow. Tables of candy and desserts are all out for people to snack on, and of course, there’s some champagne for people to try.

Seems fun!

It's the party we usually have. We all gather back here just to meet up and make sure we're all doing okay, kind of like a reunion.

...I don't really know what you mean by washing machine. Are you feeling alright?

Because she's finishing the decoration, I guess.

[You notice some things are off. First of all, all the food is absolutely fake. All of the lights, though bright, are definitely not on.

And all of the people that are mingling . . . those sure are people that shouldn't be mingling. HSS and Baritones, Taisho and Avante, they're all quite chummy. Are they even real people anymore? Or are they just wax figures?

[Luckily, even though the lights break, the room is still lit up.

However, through the infrared eye, you do feel like there are things hidden underneath the tables at the very least.]

[Well, you can't really check underneath the tables as they are covered in table cloth.

Also the table cloth isn't really cloth. It's more like a waxy glass if anything. I guess you could try lifting it but you're a noodle.]

But what if Polarizes it so the table and ground repel each other. At least just a few inches]

[As soon as you try to lift it off the ground, it cracks.

But you might notice the blood stain on the ground. It seems very old and dried out, but the different shades of browns and reds seem to imply blood was spilled here many times.]

The table being lifted eventually cracks enough until it shatters. The lights flicker.]

"Ahem, yes, ruler Cinderella is here."

Back to the main room.

I'm cancelling this party until it's the celebration of the kingdom of Halation as a whole. Not built on the sacrifices of one person.
