Welcome!

The OPENING is where to start, but there are a couple things to note.

Your characters will find that their powers only work near the end. I'll let you know when powers will start to work! Characters will be given both a mask and a lightstick—if you try to get rid of either, they will be replaced within a second. They will also have whatever items they brought in with them.

Secondly, this will be ICly apparent fairly easily and also very early, but your character will be able to find many different characters. I won't be able to NPC them all so we might get a little vague!! You are free, and a little encouraged, to go look around.

Characters will be told ICly in the OPENING what they need to do, but they won't be told about how things will sometimes feel wrong. This will be a sudden, very noticeable feeling, in red! Generally, what they need to is get Wataru to say goodbye. Having him willingly leave will work too, but that's the better outcome. This will be ICly known once you're out of the opening area.

Also there is a sense of urgency ICly with regard to timing, but don't worry about that OOCly!

Finally, tags are going to come from both stagename and regale don't worry about it.

Do you mean Hibiki's theatre performances, or his work with fine, the idol unit? Well, either way, I have experience with both.

[ He sounds so tired about that, too.

When they get to the fine door, it seems locked... but Keito is pulling a card out of his pocket and is about to unlock the door, once she answers. ]

[ WHEW. Looks like she nabbed the right NPC...!! This one is a keeper! ]

Both I suppose. We already missed fine's performance, right? That is... the unit with Eichi-san, isn't that right?

That's right.

[ He's opening the door and... there's two people in it. One is a bit taller, holding out a plate of drinks, snacks, that sort of thing, to the other. Who is much smaller, with pink hair, and is draped across a seat in exhaustion. ]

...it seems like neither of them are in here, though.

[ To which the pink one pipes up with "Don't pretend we're not here!!" ]

[...! So these are his unit. Or two of the members, anyway. ]

These two seem incredibly interesting though.

[ She bows politely! ]

How do you do? My companion for the evening is helping show me around a little. You're both unitmates and friends of Wataru-san?

[ The "companion" is going to pinch the bridge of his nose and steps back a bit to let her talk to them.

The pink one seems extremely pleased that she's called them interesting and is sitting up. ]

Aha! You know what you're talking about! That's right, alongside Eichi-sama and that Long Hair, we're fine!

[ The taller one is bringing her the tray of food and drinks, offering it to her. There's probably every sort of snack and drink a fledgling idol could want!! ]

[ *O*

She's helping herself...!!!! Will never turn down snacks or delicious food...! ]

Did all of you just perform? I'm afraid I missed it. It really would have been something to see him on stage with all of you.

We did, but they couldn't get everyone in on time... well, this part was a favour to Long Hair anyway, so you'll just have to catch our better performances in the future.

You mean some of the audience...? Or your unit?

[ Tilting her head. ]

I heard that there's another performance tonight. Is he performing alone, or...?

The audience—oh, back to talking about Long Hair, huh... well I'm not sure. I asked and he yelled "It's an amazing surprise!" at me before disappearing in a cloud of rose petals. I'm sure it'd be with his theatre troupe, though?

...he's probably skilled enough to act out an entire play by himself, at least.

He seems like the theatrical sort. Zrael definitely suits him.

[ . . . Definitely. ]

Did anything seem strange tonight? His parents... or grandparents maybe? Seemed to feel something felt a little off this evening.

Ummmmm... Yuzuru, did you notice anything?

[ "Yuzuru" is the butler apparently, because he's bowing slightly and then answering. ]

Hibiki-sama is definitely at odds with himself. It's been awhile since I've gotten that feeling from him. I think it may come out in his performance. Of course, he is a perfectionist fitting of fine, so it should be fine.

[ Stupid fine puns. ]

[ . . . . . . . . . . . . puns.

She wants a cute butler that serves delicious snacks. ]

At odds with himself? Does it have to do with his time spent on fine and his... position on Zrael, perhaps?

Hmmm... perhaps. What did they tell you at the front again? That he is to leave here and...?

And say goodbye...

[ Mm ]

I have a feeling, though, that saying goodbye to you two is probably... not a very easy task for him.

No. He dislikes the idea of discarding anything. Before this, Hibiki-sama was given a choice in careers. It was unthinkable that anyone could pursue both a career in acting and an equally time-consuming career of being an idol. Even someone like Hibiki-sama would have had to make a choice.

And yet, he chose both anyway.

But this isn't that world anymore.

[ . . . Poor Wataru.

And this place... Imeeji, is full of them. She understands the pain of goodbye's all too well. ]

You understand that this place... inside here, isn't somewhere that he should remain, right?

[ To fine as well as Megane. ]

. . . Would you be willing to help me? To help wish him goodby in turn, so that he can return to the world he is part of right now, safely?

[ Yuzuru is looking at his master, who just... looks a bit sad. But then the pink boy is scrubbing his face and nodding at him. ]

We do. If we are to reunite with him one day, it must be done so properly.

[ A sad smile. ]

. . . I'm sure that all of you will be able to see each other again someday. Someway or another, you'll definitely cross paths again, with both Wataru-san, and Eichi-san.

[ Moving further inside, dragging motioning for Megane to follow. ]

Now. We should think up a suitable farewell, right? You're done for the evening, correct?

. . . Is there a way for us to take to the stage and express our thoughts and hearts to him? I was told I'd have to improv a little...

But I think more than me, he'd probably appreciate seeing both of you, before having to wake up again. He needs to be reminded that there are people waiting for him back home, too. Eichi-san, and Shu-kun as well.

[ Both are looking thoughtful. ]

Well... he likes anything dramatic. You could probably stab him and say "This is how much we want you to come back!" and he'd think it was great... [ That's the pink one, looking tired. ]

Perhaps we needn't go so far, Young Master. You should leave the murder to me. [ .........that was Yuzuru. ]

... his parents are here, aren't they? I'm sure having them say goodbye to him would help. [ Keito is still here, much to his dismay. ]

Why are all of you so weird like that? I swear, it is in the water.

[ Please don't take such drastic measures such as murder. WHEEZE. ]

Getting his parents involved sounds like a good idea to me though, too. Kohi... er... actually, I think it is Sabre-san. Sabre-san is here too, and she plans on kidnapping him. Maybe if she can keep him tied up, and I can get you two on stage along with them, we can get things going.

[ . . . . . He likes the dramatic. ]

If we make the goodbye really elaborate, he'd like that, wouldn't he? Like... flying away in an air balloon.... or... becoming transparent, or... I'm sure we could use lightening or the like for stage effects like that, right?

Megane-san...! We're going to need your help for all of this.

Oh, I've got just the thing.

[ While Keito is yet again aging, Yuzuru is just pulling an extremely sturdy looking rope out of nowhere. Don't ask questions. Even the pink boy looks a bit alarmed. ]

We may as well give it a try. It's in Hibiki-sama's best interests, after all.

[ Just don't question it. ]

Can I leave this to you right now...? I'll go back down to the audience and get his parents. Should I meet you back in here, or behind the stage perhaps? Megane-san and I will fill them in.

[ Thinking. ]

Let's surprise him and take to the stage before he does. He would be quite amused by having his act taken over, wouldn't he? So that's where you should meet up.

It's improv afterall!

No one said we couldn't. I'm going to see if I can find Kohi-- Sabre-san and maybe Senpai, get his parents, and then meet back here as quickly as possible, then.
