Welcome!

The OPENING is where to start, but there are a couple things to note.

Your characters will find that their powers only work near the end. I'll let you know when powers will start to work! Characters will be given both a mask and a lightstick—if you try to get rid of either, they will be replaced within a second. They will also have whatever items they brought in with them.

Secondly, this will be ICly apparent fairly easily and also very early, but your character will be able to find many different characters. I won't be able to NPC them all so we might get a little vague!! You are free, and a little encouraged, to go look around.

Characters will be told ICly in the OPENING what they need to do, but they won't be told about how things will sometimes feel wrong. This will be a sudden, very noticeable feeling, in red! Generally, what they need to is get Wataru to say goodbye. Having him willingly leave will work too, but that's the better outcome. This will be ICly known once you're out of the opening area.

Also there is a sense of urgency ICly with regard to timing, but don't worry about that OOCly!

Finally, tags are going to come from both stagename and regale don't worry about it.

But actually, I have an idea...! On how to get Wataru-san to say goodbye and come home.

Yeah? What'd you have in mind?

Alright... so I spoke with his unit.

I mean-- his unit from home. Fine. Like at the beginning of our start here, they reiterated that our goal is to get him to say goodbye. That's when I thought... what if we have his important people perform a farewell show?

[ She can't think of a better idea, honestly. ]

Wataru-san has a flare for the dramatic, so we were thinking that with his unit from home, as well as his parents... if we take over his own program and allow him the chance to say goodbye rightfully to all of them together, then... we can get him to come home on his own terms.

Not a terrible plan, considering the person. But--you do realize we're all dressed up as rainbow caterpillars, right?

[ like what can we even perform like this ]

I think the fact that we are dressed up like this, probably is fine...all things considered. There's probably costumes backstage if we really need them.

Anyway, we're not the main attraction. Come with me. We need to go get his parents.

[ Gripping his sleeve and tugging him along ]

[ this was definitely not how he imagined meeting






anybody's parents. BUT! COMING! with... ]

[ TO THE PARENTS AGAIN...!! ]

[ His parents are still in the audience! They are being treated to drinks from the butler Kaguya met with earlier. The pink boy is on the stage, making some preparations with the blue boy Sabre found earlier, and the brown haired one Sabre... yelled at, also earlier. ]

[ Sabre making all kinds of friends. ]

Yuzuru-san... and also Hibiki-san... [ The both of them. ] Hello again.

[stagename]

[ Both parents are smiling at both of them! ]

Hello! Did you happen to find him?

We did. He's backstage getting ready for the show. This guy treating you well?

Although he ultimately got waylaid with Sabre-san.

[ She's cheerful, glancing back and forth between Yuzuru and the Hibikis. ]

Actually though... we were wondering if we could ask for your help with something. Did Yuzuru-san get to mention anything to you yet?

[ Dad Hibiki, who looks out of place being very old with an idol concert lightstick in hand, is lifting his drink up as if in cheers to Senpai! Yes!! They're being treated very well!! Have a drink!!!

Mom Hibiki is talking to them both again. ]

Oh, he said something about a surprise! And that, just like the day we found Wataru, we must yet again do something for him.

[ no drinks for him tonight, sadly, but he does give old man hibiki a friendly nod of acknowledgement ]

Cindy here thought the best way we could make Wataru's send off real special was to get his friends and family from back home involved. How would you feel about becoming stars for the night?

[sunflowering]

[ She nods, lifting a hand up to rest it upon Senpai's arm. ]

That's right. I don't think there is anyone outside of you and Fine that could make his night more. Getting a special send-off by you and his unitmates... I think that would mean the world to him.

And I'm sure he'd really like to say goodbye.

Ohh, to say goodbye... we were never the performers, but he was always so excited about it. Being a star sounds like a lot of fun!

[ They're both getting up!!

As they do so, the rest of the audience seems to be paying more attention to what's going on. ]

[ oh whups they're attracting attention, huh? is that... a good thing or a bad thing? it is supposed to be a surprise, after all....

senpai calls out, ]

Nothing to see here, folks! Just uh. ... Using the ladies' room!

[ never mind that

two of them are men, ]

[ . . . Senpai why are you like this. ]

[ PUSHING HIM OUT INTO THE AISLE. ]

Come on Mr. and Mrs. Hibiki. [ Offering a hand ] Let me help you.

[ There's definitely a few idol BFFs of Wataru giving him a weird look. Or maybe they're nodding approvingly. His friends are the Weirdest of the bunch, after all.

But his parents are taking her hand and are then going up onto the stage, looking VERY excited and are followed by the butler. Everyone who was on stage seems about ready, too. ]

[ how should he know how hearts work!! maybe if the audience knows wataru knows!! whatever; he WARNED you he was a trashfire!!!


he wants that drink now. but at least someone's excited. Senpai will willingly be shoved out into the aisle and sidestep to get out of the procession's way and then take up the rear just in case anyone gets some bright ideas about more audience participation than actually requested. ]

[ Very carefully, she'll help them up onto the stage.

It feels so weird taking over someone's performance...!

But she'll wave at Megane in the audience, as well as Sabre and try to make sure Wataru is still held hostage. ]

[ All of them have made it up...! ]

Yuzuru-san...? If you could help direct us a little.

[ Since they've been setting up. ]

[ WATARU IS PROBABLY STILL "DELAYED" SOMEHOW SO WE'RE GOOD. ]

Please take your spots on the stage. See? There are small marks set out. This is for lighting purposes.

We'll bring Hibiki-sama out and force him to sit in the audience, so that you'll have plenty of room up here to do what needs to be done.
