Come now, I've never known you to be quite that modest about your achievements.
After coming together to wrest Creation back from the predations of the Deathlords and the Neverborn, Isle dynastic scion and so-called Anathema side-by-side, people started to look at things differently.
I mean, it's still not perfect. That'd be a lot to ask so soon, but it's changing for the better.
Re: THE COTTAGE: 2/2
As noble as that ideal is, though, it's a needless risk to take, Shrike. Even in times of peace, Creation can be dangerous.
You don't even have any staves around?

[ she sighs, and runs a hand backward through her hair, tidying the loose strands out of her face. ]

Re: THE COTTAGE: 2/2
So now there is perfect peace in the Hundred Kingdoms, with no threat from the Realm, nor from warring Domain Lords.
[ Amaranth pushes herself to her feet. ]
Come—let's find these tools of yours. There is work to be done yet.
Re: THE COTTAGE: 2/2
[ she sighs, and puts the teapot down. ]
Well. Follow me, then.
[ and heads to the door. ]
