The OPENING is where to start, but there are a couple things to note.

Your characters will find that their powers only work near the end. I'll let you know when powers will start to work! Characters will be given both a mask and a lightstick—if you try to get rid of either, they will be replaced within a second. They will also have whatever items they brought in with them.

Secondly, this will be ICly apparent fairly easily and also very early, but your character will be able to find many different characters. I won't be able to NPC them all so we might get a little vague!! You are free, and a little encouraged, to go look around.

Characters will be told ICly in the OPENING what they need to do, but they won't be told about how things will sometimes feel wrong. This will be a sudden, very noticeable feeling, in red! Generally, what they need to is get Wataru to say goodbye. Having him willingly leave will work too, but that's the better outcome. This will be ICly known once you're out of the opening area.

Also there is a sense of urgency ICly with regard to timing, but don't worry about that OOCly!

Finally, tags are going to come from both stagename and regale don't worry about it.

Well, he was the one who was horrible at acting, but he's improved a lot. Perhaps something amazing will happen...!

It would be interesting to see him perform a Shakespeare play, wouldn't it? But a princely role might be predictable at this point... and for purely selfish reasons, I'd love to hear Hamlet's soliloquy at the end of Act 2 scene 2 of Hamlet, so if Hokuto-kun would be amenable to playing Polonius, Dia and I can take Rosencrantz, Guildenstern and the players' roles.

He's done Romeo and Juliet, so he should be able to perform Hamlet.

But, do you think the role of Hamlet is suitable for me?

You seem well-suited to monologues, but his brooding nature and this increasingly dark thoughts seem so unlike how you are at present.

Fufu, well... only in the beginning should aspiring actors take to roles that are simpler to their own nature. I merely jest; I've acted out every part of this play countless times.

In studying, I've done the same, but it's always more interesting when there's another person to work off of. Seeing their expressions, their body language, their interpretation of a character as they bring them to life gets me fired up.
