This room is not real.

That's the first thought that crosses your mind as soon as your consciousness comes back up. You're not even sure if that's your own thought, but the feeling doesn't leave no matter how much time has passed. The room looks nice and cozy, but everything feels wrong. You'll soon notice that there are other things that just isn't right. You can talk, but is your mouth moving? You can see, but are your eyes blinking? You also have ball joints. Nothing hurts, and you're fine, but it's a little weird.

We can, but we do not have to. Only one action must be made per round, and there are two defensive actions to be made.

I made a grave error in the first round of a similar game before. It ended with everyone but myself having to pay for it.

Still, I am hard pressed to desire stealing anything from another unit. At least, in this first pass. We ought defend what we value most for now.

Then... we should just defend something. You're right. I'd - I want us to stay as safe as possible. But I don't want to do anything that's unnecessary to achieve that.

I have trouble believing any unit would come for either unless they are trying to win by unsavory methods, but it is better to be prepared than regret it.

[Wednesday screams as the thumb is sheared neatly from her hand: the shock and the fear lasts for a second before hands go to her chest. She clasps desperately at it as she feels something inside her twist and tear and give; it cracks beneath her fingers, shatters. For a second, a split second, she is holding - it's her heart, she's holding her heart in her hands: then horror has her losing her grip, and it slips away and it's gone.

There are too many options, and I am not certain we could endure some of them. Wild City, could they endure not having a heart? There is also Future is Now, Heart Soldier Senshi, Avante or AlcheME.

I'm not sure I can be. There are other people here who've played so much better. Who want this more. All I ever did was try to protect us...

Maybe someone who's been here less time. Who isn't compromised.
