The clock strikes twelve and everyone will find themselves inexorably drawn to a seat; the once-empty place marking now bears their name on it. The place settings and food items all vanish in a spray of glitter, and the In the middle of the tables what appears in their stead are--two fancy gold chests, one inlaid with red jewels and the other inlaid with blue jewels (neither of which can be opened yet) as well as what looks to be a game board and, of course, a single dice. The long, billowing curtains draw down around each table and--you'll find yourself unable to leave your table, or see or hear anything beyond it other than the background music which continues to play.

Well if you're wearing jewelry you might suddenly feel... Probably his urge to kiss people coupled with amusement and detachment mainly. Perhaps under that is some fondness and interest for everyone here to varying degrees--more fondness for those he knows, more curiosity for those he doesn't. And an underlying arrogance.

He's got a lot of feelings though like most of that is subtle and not in your face you still get to feel it all!]

[Nero's feelings are... a mess, thanks to all the jewelry he has on. An overwhelming, overpowering urge to be the best, to be touched, to win approval and to be beautiful - all of it cranked up to an unnatural degree, almost painful. It drowns out any nuance that might have been there. Is any of it even him, anymore?]

[ well at first cosmo's just getting a hit of the usual, or the current usual which is--slightly drunk, a little depressed, low-key but constant self-loathing, horniness--but as soon as he feels something in that doesn't belong to him

his head snaps over to look right at cosmo and there's a ding of realization,

he's. ALARMED, and there's a sense of vulnerability and with that an intense dislike that, frankly, almost borders on panic---

but it's all getting stuffed down, crammed down, clamped tight on, by an anxious desire to not be seen ]

[ Well, there wouldn't be any point to Cosmo feeling regret for something he didn't do directly; there's definitely not any feelings of expectation or hostility for the time being. Instead there's just a feeling of semi-helpless resignation, coupled by internalizing anger and deep bitterness (directed at the demon responsible for this particular effect, but that's probably a lot more difficult to pin to anything in particular at the moment). ]
