The Last Supper - Pep!Pep! & Heart Soldier Senshi

Boss, on Bad End... once told me in games that "everyone betrays." At the time, he was half out of his mind. However... their team has been in the corner a number of times so they would understand.
AlcheME is also another solid choice. They understand our usual stance of as-little-violence as possible. And I know that if we offer proper recompense after it's over, they'll forgive us.
.... For a unit that would fight back the most... Taisho, avante, and Wild City. I want to attack them all the least, though--for personal reasons.
...
If we wanted to target a team that will mostly be attempting to eliminate teams, though, and aren't afraid of the costs, then Azrael would be the one to choose. No doubt they'll be aiming for hearts. However, we could end up attacking another team by accident, if more than one team went after them. There's also no guaranteeing they won't escalate things and simply attempt to slaughter us all.
[ what a headache. ]

What about bad blood between units? I know you and the goths have had some messy encounters. What about the others?

As for bad blood... we've not really had any encounters with anyone in games that have resulted in feuding. However, Azrael, as you've mentioned, is one we've butted heads with outside of games. They're also unlikely to become upset or to change their method of playing no matter what we do.
Wild City on the other hand has made it explicitly clear to us that if they get targeted in games they'll play to hurt people. So we should avoid them.
Bad End or AlcheME are our other best choices. However, they are our friends.
[ like. SHE'S NOT TRYING TO SUGGEST WE SHOULD ATTACK THE PEOPLE THAT ATTACK PEOPLE BUT UH. hmn. ]

And Wild City has shown to have no problems going hard.
But I didn't mean just you, I meant bad blood between units in general. I want to full scope of the dynamics we're dealing with. I think it was the healers that got attacked that time so that's one. Something about avante and Taisho at each other's throats so that's two. What else is there?
I only brought up your friends because they're less likely to get petty if we miss the heart. We go after the others and they might just keep going after us. Though, that would take their attention from the other units.

And Maki might not intentionally let her team target her boyfriend's unit--but depending on who they do target, they could be redirected. So there's an element of chance to this no matter what we try to choose.
What about future is now?

...On the other hand, if we do target ☆ZRAEL, we'd only have a one in seven chance of accidentally targeting their heart. Even if we do wind up fighting another team, the odds will still be the same. The odds are one in five if we target a less populated team, like alcheME or avante.

In the end, the best thing that we can do is try to resolve that no matter what the outcome, we won't hold any grudges at the end of this, and do our best to make amends with whoever we choose. But we're running out of time.
[ SO WE REALLY GOTTA CHOSE ]

On the other hand... yeah, we could wind up in combat with one of the people we specifically want to protect...
[WHY IS EVERY OPTION AWFUL]

... I think it's okay if we end up having to fight someone else who also targeted ☆ZRAEL. If it turns out so many people want to target them, then... at least that's one way to alleviate that already built-in.
The only problem there would be that they will know we tried to attack them in the first place and retaliate, but... considering they will still be trying to attack other people anyway, it... probably doesn't make a difference.
