[ Notably, you are now alone. But yes... yes you can certainly recognize this place, and that fountain with its too-dark water.

The fruits here are have a much more limited selection than those in the courtyard you passed through: you can see pomegranates, apples, some scattered grape vines, some things that look like weird bumpy lemons, and some brown bean pods. None of them have that coating of light, and none of them have that welcoming feeling to them.

Instead, looking at them makes you feel... mournful, almost. You're so sure they would be delicious, but also they couldn't possibly be for you. ]
