[ Nope! Nothing seems to stop you at all, so it's easy enough to fill up those vials with the water here.

There are five identical fountains like this, each shaped like a blooming rose; that's more or less the whole of what's going on in this courtyard, though.

Otherwise, there's, uh, idol shenanigans. ]
