With future is now we can at least eliminate who it is least likely to be. With avante, I feel Cardigan is similarly least likely to be their heart. We have a higher chance of targeting the right person with avante, as they have less participants.

A slightly higher chance. And a much, much higher chance of making things much worse for ourselves in the future. Especially by targeting someone who isn't Cardigan.

Has it occurred to you that being killed by someone you care about might be a better option than most of the other things that can happen in this game? Would you rather go berserk? Do terrible things you'll regret? Be killed by some stranger who doesn't have any need to make it quick?

You will be hurting those around him! I know well that death is not merely an individual decision, or I would not be standing before you still! But that's not what happened!

Cardigan and Nemesis are my friends, and they're more reasonable than you think. But if you keep piling on reasons for them to have a grudge, they're absolutely going to retaliate. I know, because that's what I would do. And there's no saying where that will end up.

I know where this will end up, and I can handle it.

Do you? How nice for you, and your opinion that holds sway, as you drag this out. Remember that you were a force that caused us to linger in this hell, however many rounds down the line this drags as we pick each other off one by one.

...Look, Intensity and I have... a relationship. He's encouraged me to kill him before because he thought it would be exciting. I've told him that I'd rather I hurt him than anything or anyone else, and he liked that.

It's really the best choice.

If you want to throw this game by attacking people who are okay with dying, then say that first.

I'm not throwing it. There's a chance of him being the heart. I don't think it's that much worse a chance than anyone else we'd pick.
