[ Up on the roof, you will get a nice view of the city outside of this building. Your primary view is that of the Central Plaza below. There’s a grand-looking bell at the heart of it all and several buildings alight with activity circled around it. It doesn’t look like there’s a way down from up here though. So your only choice if you wish to proceed is to head back downstairs.

There is, however, a black cat sitting there at the far corner of the roof near the railing. It looks up at you with wide eyes. Perhaps… it would like a fish? ]

...It's... Koppe, right?

[ The cat immediately looks at Rean, hearing it's name. ]

Meooow~!

Ah, so I'm right.

[He kneels to offer a pet.]

Sorry I don't have anything on me.

[ There's a bit of disappointment-- but he's forgiven rather quickly when there are pets involved, tail swishing and purring. ]

[Giving a good few pets before getting up to examine the view and look around.]

[ Looking closely, it does seem like the Crossbell you're familiar with. But there are signs that the flowers don't just end with this building. Both yellow and white flowers seem attached to this building, although they seem to be attached to different things. It's the same out in the city.

Yellow ones attach themselves to the bell, while white ones have attached themselves to the police car parked below.

Something... is definitely happening here. ]

[ !! Koppe immediately perks up and pads his way over to Lily, looking eagerly. He can smell that fish!! ]

[She sets out the plate of fish in front of him]

There you go, I kept my promise!

[ He meows excitedly, digging into the fish. You have made one fluffy boi very happy. ]

You take care, okay? I'm going to go fix some things, hopefully.

[she gives him some more pets!!!]

[ Before she leaves, Koppe goes over to his corner and pulls out a Tearal Balm-- an extra healing item for you on your journey. Koppe is good to those who feed him! ]
