She's trying to figure it out on her own right now, but... honestly, it's not going well. I know she'd be happier if you stayed here where you're safe but frankly-- she's probably going to stay like this unless something's done. And it's only likely to get worse from here.

I'll be honest, the quickest way is also probably the most dangerous way.
The two listings that spoke of monsters... we went to see them ourselves and they're not your natural variety. But even if you don't get rid of those, I'm sure once you make some headway on these requests, we'll see some improvement.
