Look, this is all a figment of Nero's heart, and he doesn't know shit about cigarettes. It's the gross stinky kind. Somehow the smoke smells worse here than it does in real life, even.
Still, the nicotine is calming. It gives you +1 blue token!

She rolls her eyes, and blows smoke in Cosmo's face.
"Gettin' to the top, duh. Between you an' me-- there's been some foreign influence takin' over things up there. You make it all the way up, maybe you can do somethin' about that."
Just then, the receiver on the dashboard rings, and without missing a beat, Nico picks up the phone. “Where your ass at? Yuh-huh… al’right, don’t get your panties in a twist - I’ll be right there.”
She glances back at you with a shrug. "I got other places t'be, Gramps. Appointments t'keep."
The van roars to life, rattling and sputtering. “Take care, y’hear?”
She slams her foot on the pedal and the vehicle yeets itself off the edge of the roof and-- miraculously, against all sense and reason, drives down the side of the building and disappears.
The sun begins to set, painting your creation over with a wash of warm orange light. Maybe it has no audience, up here in the skyline - but you’ll know it’s there, and that small accomplishment stirs a sense of pride in your chest.
The ache in your shoulders from working, the sweat from being under the sun, the satisfaction of doing something with your hands - all that is ephemeral, in the end. But the skill remains, and the art remains, even after you’re gone.
You existed. You changed something in this city.
And who knows, maybe someone will find it someday.
The illusion around you shatters again - and you are returned to the floating platform.
D.Va’s statue dissolves into red energy, which your weapon once again absorbs. The base becomes another pillar of light, spilling out from a portal to the next level.
