I argued with him at length about Griffin before I accepted it. I was not satisfied until I was certain he understood every one of my objections and still considered the relationship to be worth it.
I don't blindly respect his choices, but I do respect them when he has all necessary information.
But I do not simply want him to do it. He needs to do it. Jason isn't going to believe me telling him that he can still have a future. He thinks I'm naïve.
