Yeah, that's the plan. Do you have any idea how widespread it is?

Throughout the entire city at least. Although some places it's worse than others. The white flowers are chamomile and they're responsible for the lack of energy around here. The yellow ones are known as mimulus... those seem to be attracted to more personal, emotional things.

The chamomile has effected everyone. I don't know where the source of it is. The mimulus... I have a feeling where the source of that is though.

But if you complete a few tasks, you might be able to weaken the chamomile enough that you can reach her.
