Strategically, there are a few things to consider.

1. Is that person willing.

2. Will people target them.

3. Will people know we've chosen them.

For example, we could choose Intensity or QW5nZWw= but I feel like Intensity attracts too much attention and QW5nZWw= is such an obvious choice she'd be everyone's first picks.

But with respect to Angel, even if she is the most obvious choice, her popularity may save her anyway. No one would want to harm someone they really like, right? Particularly with such a gauche method of assault.
