[She instinctively flinches away, Aera's grip briefly forgotten as she twists to try and catch sight of the sword, registering it as the bigger threat for obvious reasons.]
But she gives a panicked shriek, jerking at Aera's grip and clawing at the blade with her free hand, heedless of the edge because she's got bigger things to worry about here, clearly.]
[ This guy is very rude! There's a harsh laugh from him, even, cruel -- not at all like Aera's solemn remorse as the man violently yanks the sword out of her. It was deep enough to be lethal but with the rough tug out that's only cemented -- she's losing blood fast.
[If she tried to respond, it's lost as she chokes on her own blood, doubling over as she clutches uselessly at the wound with a wet distressed cry. She still pulls at the grip on her hand, though getting away won't do her much good now. The best she can manage is a glare at them, familiar and helpless anger that this is happening again and there's nothing she can do to save herself.]
[ Guilt crosses Aera's expression -- Kohime's last sights as she bleeds out will be Somnus' twisted smile, and Aera looking away.
It's quick, at least, even if it's painful. When Kohime awakens she'll be back the start of the heart, her clothes and body intact but a large scar where the sword went through her. ]
[She pushes herself up a gasp, clutching abortively where there should be a giant fatal stab in her chest, looking around wildly with her tail lashing. . . and then she bolts for the hallway to look for the discarded hacksaw she'd left earlier because she clearly she needs to be armed.]
that applies to both of them I guess. Aera is sitting in the field of flowers once more, and as if she had never even seen Kohime just before she smiles at her. ]
[She marches over, she most definitely does not sit with her, and she stops well out of reach to point her hacksaw at her, tail lashing and ears turned back listening for the other guy. ]
You creep. What was that? You’ve got a minute to explain, or maybe I’ll see how you like a blade in your chest...!
No, I won’t. I didn’t do anything to you, and then I came back right where I started. So since you helped murder me, why don’t you drop the cryptic act and at least tell me why?

Get off of me!

You don't understand now, but you will.

Hello!

You creep. What was that? You’ve got a minute to explain, or maybe I’ll see how you like a blade in your chest...!
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
... You do not understand now. But you will. It was meant to happen.
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
Do you not already know? Must it bear repeating?
You should know all to well what your fate is.
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
What did I just say?
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
You should go.
[ there's fear, too, that didn't show itself before. ]
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
[Though she does glance behind her just to be sure a sword-wielding madman hasn’t managed to sneak up on her. ]
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
He will be king, even if you were chosen by the gods.
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
Are you, like, confusing me with someone else? Seriously? I don't look anything like other people, how stupid are you?
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
You are not ... Ardyn?
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
What's an Ar-din?
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
[ Aera murmurs, as if disappointed. ]
I'm sorry. You are not him.
He must be sacrificed.
Re: WILDERNESS BAR
So let me get this straight: You killed me because you thought I was some guy named 'Ar-din' who wanted to be a king?
I really don't think you should be in charge of any murder-y sacrificing if your whole method is just to off anyone in grabbing range.
