I think so too. I don't think - um, well, of course I have amnesia too, so I'm not sure ... it would be a little strange if I had never learned how to cook, but the "me" that I've remembered so far - I don't think she really knew, so Luci and Doodle and Glory all helped me learn ...
I suppose I probably learned growing up—helping around the house. There's a certain satisfaction in it, isn't there? Being able to make something that can help sustain others, or that inspires happiness.
Aradia, as you brush against the roses once more, the feeling is clearer, but it isn't so bad: Because isn't that something precious? Realizing that having a place you belong is something you could want? Something you could have, if only you reached for it?
When you both head to the bedrooms, even Hope may be a bit surprised by how many there are.
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
Do you like making things?

Um - it's Hellfire's, isn't it... does she like curry?
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
...I wonder if she feels a little bit like an outsider, for not being able to appreciate some things in the same ways. Hellfire, I mean.

[ and glancing to the wild roses, next ]
Those flowers . . .

Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
But it does seem like it's getting a bit untidy. Maybe it needs an outlet.

Replanting them somewhere else...?

apart from like, metaphor. ]
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
I wonder if I could make it true, too - but these are things that I should save, aren't they?
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
After all, it seems like there's worse things than roses to be contended with. Perhaps let's see if it does anything first.

Um, did anything happen...?
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
Ah, maybe, though—well, her room should be in here, shouldn't it? That might be a place to put it.
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
[ reaching to take the recipe sheet back, sort of. preemptively wincing in preparation for the sense of longing ]
Re: CHANCEL BAD END=DEAD END
