When the door unlocks, you can enter your room where the door locks again behind you. The entire room is simply a giant kotatsu couch combo in your unit colors. It's warm and comfy.

There are little oranges and fresh water to drink as well.

I wouldn't say that. It's true that humans have more dexterity, but the difference isn't especially significant.

Yes. Gripping ability was one of the traits we birds developed along with heightened intelligence.

Not at all. The virus was created to cull birds in an attempt to stop the spread of a particularly deadly strain of avian flu.

Correct. While some humans survived, most of those who had not perished in the pandemic died in ensuing battles against birds. In modern times they are a very small minority.
