After having like, three conversations about avoiding phyrric victories? Yeah, let's at least wait for the ability until prosperity is like, an issue.

But for the event, I know literally nothing about mining.

Hmmm...

For the war itself, we could either keep to ourselves so we don't start anything new, or figure out an ambush. For mining, we can try scoping it out to see if there's any gains to opening it up.

Don't eat rats. You'll get sick. It's important keeping your shelter taken care of too. Last time, we all died of alcohol poisoning, a disease of the lungs, getting shot, and then also being brought back to life only to be blown up.

. . . So there is a lot to worry over. I think being proactive in bettering our situation is the most important part of survival for this.

Hmm. Well we've got this like, bigass laser sitting around? How about we prepare it for defensive capabilities too, just in case anyone else from the war comes sniffing around. Just because it wasn't meant for war doesn't mean we can't use it one.

And that sounds as good a thing as any, with the mine.
