So what goal should we be after, hmmm? Do we want to run this asteroid or go claim another? We have refugees. I doubt they will care where they live as long as they get fed, paid, and have a place to stay.

If I am to decide, we should pick another. This asteroid comes with too large a risk, and it's not worth it.

Alright. Then the 'quarantine' is this asteroid.

We use the mining laser, gather the refugees and any of the healthy that wish to travel and use any ships perhaps including the tax collector's own. And we would have to turn down the promotion.
