Heart Soldier Senshi
[ The elevator opens up to a room spacious enough to house the whole unit comfortably, but with no furniture to speak of except a touchscreen podium near the far wall, displaying a row of four larger-than-life mahjong tiles on a red background. On the left side of the screen is a square that says TRADE. The walls and floor of the room are nearly checkered with metal panels, out of place against the rest of the marble flooring and unremarkable off-white walls.

RESULT
An oddly-shaped metal clamp with a twisting knob at the end starts being inserted into your mouth, with more metal appendages pinching your tongue to stay still - that's right, the clamp does look like it's shaped like a tongue, doesn't it?
A metal appendage twists the knob, and the clamp starts to tighten. Twist, twist, twist - it starts to seal, digging into the back of your mouth until the metal starts to cut in, and then it goes further. Twist, twist, twist. There's the taste of metal and - well, no, you can't taste blood without a tongue but you can imagine that the liquid in your mouth is probably blood.
Finally, the clamp shutters completely shut, metal hitting metal, and the metal appendages pull back to disappear into the metal panels, taking your tongue with it.
It isn't over, though. A few more metal panels open up, and metal appendages appear from behind them, most with gripping rubber on the ends, which shooting towards the closest person to hold their head in a vice grip, while the small circular chainsaw attached to the last one moves in and whirs loudly next to the person's ear as it cuts through the base, cleanly slicing through until the whole things comes off. Another metal pincer catches it and takes it with it as the mechanical arms all retreat back behind the panels, which close behind them. ]
