Good morning, newly departed guest stars! You've got new co-stars to meet, a new dorm to explore, and the television in the main room with the "names" of everyone in your unit with flashing empty boxes next to them, waiting for you to each assign yourself a personal color. Or assign them to each other, really, no one's stopping you.

Once you've chosen your color (or, once it's chosen for you), your closets will unlock with 3 sets of hospital uniforms fitted exactly to your size.

Also, the front door is currently locked. It looks like you actually have no choice but to get to know each other for an hour or two before those open up. ]

Well, they're regulars on this, er, entertainment program? So they're here indefinitely.

A lot of them are really quite nice; I had the good fortune to speak with some of them at length last time.

Nice and not dangerous are different things. How motivated would they be to make sure we don't survive?

...it probably depends? I don't know if they might have been told that they have something to gain by impeding us. But—we will most likely be put into a situation where we can or must harm other units.

Yeah and I'm dealing with the implications of that fact since I might be mid teen at best, but one crisis at a time.

Ah, well... there's ways to buy back one's memories here, at least, although it requires getting the requisite number of "points"—basically, by doing activities in public. I don't know if that's comforting...?
