[ You all wake up in bed with your smartphone at your bedside, all of you in your sleepwear, with a message on your phone.

Good morning, newly departed guest stars! You've got new co-stars to meet, a new dorm to explore, and the television in the main room with the "names" of everyone in your unit with flashing empty boxes next to them, waiting for you to each assign yourself a personal color. Or assign them to each other, really, no one's stopping you.

Once you've chosen your color (or, once it's chosen for you), your closets will unlock with 3 sets of hospital uniforms fitted exactly to your size.

Also, the front door is currently locked. It looks like you actually have no choice but to get to know each other for an hour or two before those open up. ]

I don't know how many people here are gonna know it, but Sign Language is fairly intuitive with the signs. Should make any potential charades easier.

Sure. Once we got the stuff sorted we can leave. Could go exploring and I show you signs for stuff. [MULTITASKING.] I think its easier to learn with some visual learning.

All right, so colors. What did you pick?

[switches her phone to show her profile with its cute lilac purple]

[mimics the signs, first a little uncertainly and then again more confidently]

I don't remember, but Amiya suggested "Strawberry"!

That's cute. Strawberry. [Will sign it.] Most names you have to spell out, but people you know, you can come up with a personal sign.

What about you?

I'm Regulus. [And he will spell that out slowly.] A common trick is to take the first letter and combine it with another sign, or add a tick to the letter. Like a swipe or a curl or something.

[He will sign 'R' and considers and combines it with the sign for 'cat.'] That's 'R' with cat since I like cats, I think.
