She takes his face into her hands, kisses his forehead, rubs her thumbs against his cheeks. "It's okay. It's okay. Vivi, focus on me. Are you hurt anywhere?"
Boy is he hurt. He does seem to focus on her, though, but his voice grows quieter, duller as the exhaustion hits him - but perhaps that's a good thing, a sign that he's letting himself relax some more.
"Arm... broken... leg, too..."
His forehead is bloodied, too, like he's had his face slammed into the floor repeatedly.
Lily looks around, is there anything like first aid around here. Probably not, but she is going to start tearing her clothes to wipe at the blood, at least, still rubbing his cheek. She needs to get him to a better place.
There isn't anything much around, just a very abandoned room. But this is a realm of fears, nightmares, and nightmares are of the same existence as dreams... and perhaps that's why the surroundings blur a little and seem to try to change, to whatever Lily imagines to be a better place.
It does seem to work! It's a little less defined than usual, but if Lily concentrates on any particular part of it it becomes more real.
Levity seems to register the change, raising his head a little to look around; for a brief moment he's frightened, uncertain of what's going on, but relaxes slightly once he realizes where they are, slumping forward. He looks like he's about to pass out.
He whispers, quiet, a little undirected as though he doesn't know what he's apologizing for, but lets himself lean against her, the exhaustion hitting him in full. It's not long before he passes out, but on the bright side, that means that Lily will now have the time to see to his wounds without worrying him too much.
That is what she does immediately. Her movements are clinical and efficient as she strips him just enough and assesses him before cleaning him and working to splint and bandage his arm and leg.
His wounds are not the most pleasant, but they could have been much worse, too - as it is, it's just broken bones and skin. His body seems to need the rest; he sleeps deeply all through Lily tending to his wounds, and then for some more time after that. But eventually he stirs a little, making a soft confused noise as he comes back to consciousness.
She brushes his hair away from his face, continuing to pet it as she gives his hand a squeeze.
"Hey, Snowflake. How are you feeling?"
She is worried about him, of course she is, but she smiles and very sincerely. The first thing he sees waking up shouldn't be deep concern, that likely won't help anything.

There's warmth on his hand, too...
He turns his head slightly, managing to focus on Lily.
"Lily..."

"Tired..."
But at least he seems more dazed than anything; he doesn't seem to remember what had happened earlier, at least not yet.

"If it's alright..."
He squeezes her hand back, once again almost imperceptibly, but the intent is there.
"You're warm..."
