SENSITIV
You and your team find yourself chilling inside of an elevator!

There aren't chairs or anything to sit on, sorry about that. I mean, it's an elevator okay, not a fancy restaurant, geez.
However, enjoy the elevator music. Sometimes it gets interrupted by another song (OOC: but really, that's for my own satisfaction so you can choose to ignore it..

[ "privilege" ]
Such is the expectation placed on us.
[ with a pause ]
Should we fail to ensure our own survival, the duty of healing those around us falls to those who did not attend the game.
[ there's another pause, a hum ]
So, the question is this: do we owe more to the other units, that burdening our unitmates is more acceptable, or do we owe more to our unitmates, that harming the other units and creating more work for all of us is more acceptable?

Re: DISCUSSION
—as healers, if we cannot ensure the survival of the many by some means, then if we can avoid burdening those who stand beside us, then—that's our responsibility, as that's the outcome we can control the most. That's true.
Then, as such—ah, I think... with you having put that forward as a point for consideration...
...in that case, perhaps it should be as many as we can vote for.

[ reaching over to pat her head, once ]
That's the only thing we can do.
Do you have our healing abilities?
Re: DISCUSSION
Not yet. Which, admittedly, factors into not wanting to overburden our fellows...
I don't have the points yet. But if it's needed, I'll promise to repay any assistance I might need to be an extra pair of hands.

Here—you can spend these points if you need to. It's a 300 point flat fee for healing, regardless of amount—this is the money we'll use if we need to get any additional medical supplies for our patients, as well.
Re: DISCUSSION
. . . Though, you don't need to be strict with this. There are those who would be guarded against us, expecting that we'll hold their treatment over their heads as favors, and those who feel indebted to us regardless.
By having a healing fee, we can say, "Our healing services are neutral transactions, free from any biases." It creates a more balanced relationship, but—it is by no means required.
Ah, that's an industry secret, though, so don't tell anyone.
Re: DISCUSSION
And don't worry, I'll take the trade secrets very seriously!
Re: DISCUSSION
Very good—then, please feel free to take advantage of the communal funds. I'm looking forward to working with you, Eirene-san.
Re: DISCUSSION
Ah, I look forward to working with you too, sir!
