However, enjoy the elevator music. Sometimes it gets interrupted by another song (OOC: but really, that's for my own satisfaction so you can choose to ignore it..

We only did one that round. I figured odds were good we'd steer clear.

And if we had mistakenly picked it, you would have let us know, yes?

I mean... we didn't need it for the protection that round anyways, right? And if we'd've picked it, it woulda been cause it was real bad.

And, like. It kinda was? So.

So you would have just let us risk your safety like that? Because you believed that you deserved it?

It ain't like it woulda pushed me up into the next tier anyways.

Hurricane... Merciful twelve, if I had suggested we target you because I didn't know any better, I would never have been able to forgive myself. We're the only people here I can realistically try to keep safe, and if I can't even manage that much - then why am I doing any of this?

I mean... if we'd hit me, I wouldn't've said nothing? So you woulda been in the clear, far as not forgiving you.

That's not the point. The point is that if we had, we would never have known it. You would have simply let us choose you, and said nothing.

Even should you have deserved it, and that's an extraordinarily big if, we would still want to protect you. We're a unit, aren't we? If we can't rely on one another, then who have we got? You would have known that we had hurt you.

I mean... yeah. But I wouldn't've held it against no one or nothing. It woulda just been cause you knew I did something worth getting punished over.

Everyone in their life has done something that they are not proud of.

But more to the point, this game really isn't about punishing people for their sins in any effective manner. It is to prey on the guilt that people have and air their secrets.

Whatever you did, it is not our place to decide whether or not what you did was bad. Nor should we be able to choose to punish you for it. That is for those who were involved to decide.
