Fanmail the Thirty-Sixth
[ Fanmail will be found in big boxes full of letters in the lobby, to be easily found by anyone who's walking by if the box isn't pulled quick enough rows and rows of potted bamboo trees—there are enough pots for every idol, and each stalk is at least person-sized, though some are taller depending on the idol's height. Each bamboo tree has a number of paper strips already tied to them, or otherwise envelopes tied to the base with red ribbons. Some strips are blank, and some strips are regular pieces of fanmail (or letters from some friends!). Some strips are wishes from fans, anything from the innocuous "I wish Thing #2 would have a nice day" to the, less innocuous. Creepy. Shippy. Angry. Everything in-between. There are smaller boxes too, for whatever presents people might be getting from fanmail.
Some letters have QR codes, with instructions to scan them with your cell phone's free QR code scanner function. Beyond the letters that are submitted below, you may assume there are more letters in every box if you'd like.
Although bodies of letters may include idol aliases, assume every envelope and package is addressed to or otherwise uses the official idol name of the character.
Letters found in the "Everyone" header may be assumed to be part of every unit's box, most likely with multiple copies of the submission unless otherwise stated.
Characters on hiatus have their fanmail IC saved and stuffed into their mailbox for when they return! They'll be located in this post for easy findings, but don't worry, the fans' feelings will reach the character somehow ;)
Fanmail given to dropped characters will be sent to everyone in the unit, though still labeled with the dropped character's name. You can find these in the "Every Unit" subheader. ]

(Anonymous) 2021-07-04 02:52 am (UTC)(link)The theme seems to be hurt/comfort, with Hurricane sick and being attended to by a different person depending on the chapter and artist. The first chapter features Nemesis preparing soup and fighting to show a sweet and dere side, softly kissing Hurricane on the top of his head once he's drifted off.
The second chapter has Rye ushering Hurricane to bed despite his attempts to care for everyone else first, insisting on pushing him into bed despite his protests and cuddling up until he falls asleep.
The third chapter has an equally sick D.va, and after some back and forth, they argue themselves out of energy and end up crashing to the floor simultaneously, unconsciously curling together until a scandalized Zhongli comes across them and sets them to bed in the same tangled up mess.
The fourth chapter has Izanagi over to visit, chatting cheerfully while Hurricane pretends he isn't sick and offering to share some snacks - only for those snacks to have been dipped in a sleeping potion, knocking Hurricane out to be dragged to bed.]

[Still, doubt lingers....]
[Until one day Chrys proposes!]
[It surprises Izanagi completely and there is doubt, surely he can't mean it, until Chrys says he meant what he said, that he would stay at his side. And now he wanted to prove it without a doubt.]
[And so they get married in cute tuxedos.]
[And then a wedding night happens full of so very much affection and happiness for Izanagi.]

[A mistake, like his name meant.]
[Izanagi, however, won't hear of it. He bullies Rye into a wall, calling him selfish and an idiot for acting like this after all that talk of how valuable other people are.]
[So maybe he just needs to show him so he learns!]
[Which is when he kisses him.]
[And that of course leads to sex, with Izanagi making it very clear how much he cares about Rye's continued presence in the world and starts to convince him maybe he should just trust him.]

(Anonymous) 2021-07-04 04:57 am (UTC)(link)[He comes down to the lobby that day to find there's a huge party for him! SensitIV has arranged a full blown celebration and Izanagi is greeted by his friends and given presents and seems to be having a great time!]
[After all, there are so many people happy he was born.]
[But these are fans and as evening rolls around, Izanagi needs one more happy ending for the day.]
[Rye's promised him affection, after all, and like half the thing is very sweet and messy sex.]

Made it back safe. Don't work too hard. Don't stay in your room all the time. Don't eat too much and make sure to exercise.

Attached is a pretty advanced piece of sheet music, a song that starts slow in the middle-low notes and then gradually rises up to higher, longer notes. The notation underneath each note is a number and an arrow up or down—implied to be harmonica sheet music, actually. ]
