We should be able to. And even when we cannot... Just because we don't understand one another's limits does not make it fair to push people beyond them.
Though I believe most would disagree with you when you say they do not push themselves past their limits. It is because a human's life is so short, that they have to burn the brightest.
It's just the how they accomplish that which varies.
Oh, I do not doubt that. It is more that... Doing all one can for others is expected in my world. Humans tend to be more... selfish, perhaps. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it leaves me feeling... unsuitable for their society.
