The Rider, God of Frivolity, raises the legendary blade MASAMUNE into the air. A personal laser show just for you crashes down on the area, illuminating the night sky with awe and wonder...!

However, before the light show gets too wild, they are stabbed straight through the gut by Zhongli's heart weapon, which distracts them long enough to also be run through by Alisaie's rapier.

They're starting to feel like they made a miscalculation here? They kind of thought that guy was a douchebag nobody cares about wielding a semi-fake sword and beating up poor puppies, but apparently he's a douchebag people care a lot about, and -

Wait, is that the smell of the Ultimate Party Drink? Is that the coveted Cyan?!

Spurred by the knowledge that their goal is so close, The Rider engages their most ultimate transformation! They...um…

Take off their shirt and change into a poorly rendered 3D model, I guess. To be fair, you can really only expect so much from ancient hell-tech and it probably looked really advanced for its time or something.

In their thirst for the Cyan, however, and bogged down by the several stab wounds they've received, they just sort of

fall over on their face, and bleed shitty jpeg turquoise blood everywhere.

And then they vibrate and begin to slowly explode in what may be the most beautiful and joyous light show to have ever existed in any world. The whole party is inflicted with the status effect "HEART-WARMING", which makes their heart feel warm.

Except the guy who's bleeding out.

Anywaaaay...The Hound is still here, sleeping peacefully, so it looks like you're...um, done?

Let's get out of here and find a healer for Caeli. It's faster if we bring one to him rather than moving him around past getting out of the escape room, right?

We need to staunch the bleeding before we try and move him any further than we have to. But it would seem the immediate threat has passed, at least.

[ Zhongli is over at Childe and Aether and Levity's side even before the light show has finished. Who has time for that right now?

It seems like... maybe things will be okay, but still would have been nice to avoid a close call like this. He won't fix though since he's heard of horrible things happening in games like these, so he's lucky...??? ]
