It looks like someone wearing a long skirt, probably taller than Sashay, based on the brief glimpse you get of them vanishing around a corner toward Essays.
A woman comes back around the corner. She is dressed in a way that's a little bit like... just slightly older-woman boho? Hippie-dippy? But with her hair tied back in a practical bun.
"Oh, no—I'm familiar with Iris, but I'm another one of Grace's friends. I'm Elizabeth Engelhart, but you can call me Liz! It's nice to meet you. What was your name?"
"Oh, I'm just working on a paper for some of my social theories... as a fellow academic, it's a good place to get work done, don't you think?"
And then, like, something crashes into the roof. She will understand if you need to go, but mentions that she's going to get work done in the Essays section.

"Oh! Hello! Are you one of Grace's students?"
Re: RETROSPECTIVES, THIRD-PARTY
Grace?.. Oh, I suppose so. More of an acquaintance, really. Would you be Iris, by any chance?

She pronounces it perfectly.
