Tapping on it will dispel the static to show the word SWITCH over a pair of arrows and a list of unit names. Tapping on two unit names will place them on either side of the arrows.

After you have completed your night action, the display will instead show the words WHO IS LYING? and a list of the unit names to choose from. You may vote for yourselves.
