[ You find yourself in your respective unit's zone, with a mini-map on your phone, as well as your objectives:

Kill as many competitors as you can.
Destroy zones by breaking their statues.
Not enough action = We start killing you :)

Underneath the objectives is the number of revivals you have left, as well as whatever miscellaneous details about scoring points—killing a unitmate results in negative points, five units will be healed at most, etc.

The starting horn sounds. Let the games begin. ]

[Nemesis looks wild-eyed, pupils blown and canines prominent, tail held high and stiff. Whatever worry had held her back before seems to have been washed away, and she doesn't hold back as she slashes with her--well, the prosthetic's fingers are blunt, but pretend there's claws for effect as she slashes him again for power 9.]

[Okay that's alarming. He again just barely dodges any real damage with an 8, -1 hp.

And now he's reaching for his trumpet, buffering for him to get that ready.]

[Affected target mirros every action and movement the user does and cannot take any actions or move on their own. Effect ends when either the user or target has moved out of Melee range.

He puts his hand on his hips and doesn't say anything.]

But a little rain (of swords) is not going to stop him from using this trumpet on Nemesis. Sorry he's not a great player?

Attacks using Trumpet are performed using Adaptability instead of Power. Targets hit by Trumpet attacks are inflicted with Deaf to All But The Song, which causes them to become unable to see anyone but their attacker and reduces their Adaptability by 3 until they are no longer in the same zone.

His roll is 11 though so.]
